Our pure and concentrated Himalayan Peppermint Essential Oil is known for its pain relieving, relaxing and cooling effect on the skin. It belongs to the spearmint family and is directly sourced from the farms of the lower to mid Himalayan regions. It is known for its fresh, cool and minty aroma.

The oil is extracted from fresh or partly dried peppermint leaves through steam distillation. An important medicinal plant, peppermint is found naturally in Europe and America. It has menthol and limonene which are ingredients that have healing powers and a relaxing aroma that can even help in relieving headaches and congestion while improving immunity level. People suffering from joint or muscle pain find relief because of its analgesic, anaesthetic and anti-inflammatory properties. It is invigorating yet soothing and can also be used as a refreshing and cooling room freshener.

  • Step 1 - Add a few drops to a carrier oil such as pure almond oil for a pain-relieving body massage.
  • Step 2 - Refresh tired feet and body with peppermint essential oil foot/body bath or add a drop or two to a lotion and apply.
  • Step 3 - add 1 or 2 drops to a body lotion as after sun care. It helps in easing sunburn and cools down itchy skin.
  • Step 4- It’s refreshing and stimulating scent makes it great for aromatherapy as a diffuser oil, helping ease stress and for calming the senses.
