If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the Product(s) purchased, Vanya Herbal has simple return policy wherein a Product(s) purchased from Us can be easily returned and refunds/ replacement can be sought subject to the terms and conditions stated in the Return and Refund Policy.

  1. Your Order Cancellation Rights

 

Pre Shipment

 

If the Product(s) that You want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on support@vanyaherbal.com.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within (insert period) after the cancellation request is duly processed by Us.

Post Shipment

You are entitled to cancel Your Order without giving any specific reason for doing so once the Product(s) has been dispatched.

The deadline for cancelling of an Order is 30 (thirty) days from the date on which You received the Product(s) or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by sending an intimation to us on Our email id: support@vanyaherbal.com.

The refund will be processed to you at no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the Product(s) back subject to the verification by Our team.

  1. Mode of Refund(s)

The mode of the refund shall be the same as You used at the time of placing the Order. No additional extra charge(s) shall be incurred to you.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within [insert period] of us receiving the products back. It may take [insert period] additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within [insert period] of Us receiving the Products back and your bank details on email.   1. Conditions for Returns

In order for the Good(s) to be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The Good(s) are returned within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the same.
  • The Good(s) are in the original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

The following Good(s) are ineligible for return:

  • The supply of Good(s) made to Your specifications or clearly personalized or customized.
  • The supply of Good(s) which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Good(s) which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • The Good(s) is used or altered.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Product(s) that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

  1. Returning Goods

You are responsible to bear the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us once the Product(s) is delivered to You.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for Good(s) damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Good(s).

If the Good(s) were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned Product(s) is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to You.
